I had a great experience. So many questions asked and truly felt cared about and listened to. From the moment I walked in, to the second I left, everyone was pleasant, kind and professional.
My experience is very similar to some of the complaints on this page I have found it very hard to understand the Doctors logic I have had a hematoma in my lower back with extream swelling and lots of pain. I went by stricked protocol with an anti-inflammatory drug topical anesthetics tylenol and cold pack compress on for 15 off for 15 and I was still in alot of pain I went like this for the last 9 months with still quite alot of pain witch is leading me to suspect something is might be wrong but when I asked them to prescrib... read more
Healthland Health Service is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any healthcare facility. It has taken them over three weeks to even contact back about my Short Term Disability paperwork. After finally hearing back from one of their nurses- she tells me that the Doctor does not "feel comfortable filling out the paperwork." They don’t care if you have FMLA paperwork that has a deadline and needs to be completed. They will not return your phone calls. Very frustrating and it is unprofessional
Wish i could give it 0 stars. This place is a huge joke and worthless! They refuse to do any testing and provide people with minimal healthcare. All the so called "doctors" here are students that are not very knowledgeable at all. The head doctor (Dr. Comacho) is a smart mouth, unprofessional quack and idk how he even has his medical license! As soon as you walk in this place you immediately feel the negativity and the nastiness of how unclean it is. I wouldn't recommend taking my worst enemy's dog here!
