Used to be my favorite place! Up until today!🤬 had test done a week ago on a Monday, called Friday for my results no one called me back. WAITED ALL DAY YESTERDAY NO CALL. Today I call and finally get a call back, I was told I’m sorry usually when your test results are normal we don’t call you back! ARE YOU SERIOUS SO IF YOUR TESTS COME BACK CLEAN AND CLEAR YOUR PATIENT HAS TO SIT THERE AND WORRIE FOR OVER A WEEK ABOUT TONS OF TESTS THAT WERE DONE. absolutely ridiculous!

The doctors are Top Notch. I see Dr. Patel. My one complaint, is the waiting. My time is valuable and today I waited 45 minutes for a 5 minute visit.
Dr Morris Gist is a very good and caring urologist
Dr. Engebrecht is a joke! He straight up lied to my face 6 times today! Never looked at my X rays, but told me how I needed surgery ASAP. I asked him multiple questions and he answered them so mater of factly. Surgery is needed... When I asked to see X-ray of kidney stone, I called him out on his lies! I mean, if I pass the stone on my own, he doesn’t get paid. This guy is a liar!!!! I do recommend everyone that sees this idiot get a second opinion. They took great care of me when I was having an appendicitis. Connected me with a surgeon and got me admitted to the hospital immediately. This was after getting discharged from the ED and showing up to the office as a new patient. They earned a new patient for life that day! Thanks for the great care!
When I didn't hear anything about the first two breath tests I figured no news is good news. So when I called last week asking about the final results, it was explained that I had to schedule a follow-up to get the results of all 3 tests. Needless to say I am livid. The fact that a so-called doctor's office would allow a patient to continue to digest whatever might be making them ill is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Results should be given after each test. Period. That kind of stupidity cost you a patient.
Everyone I saw were very kind & explained what they needed to do. I really liked Dr Patel he came in to tell me what he was going to b doing then came back in after procedure.
Friendly staff and my physician was very knowledgeable in his field.
