It was my first time donating and Stephanie was amazing! She was so gentle and explained everything well:)
I set up an appointment and received the confirmation. Apparently, I came in and I was told that, “ did someone call you that you’re not eligible to donate until tomorrow.” Seriously, I didn’t have any missed calls. So basically, you just slapped me in the face simply said, Oh I called. If you called, why would I drove 30mins for nothing. I hate when they’re doing this to me. Not even a sincere apologies!
