they told me that I was rude and that I need to find a different place to go and they denied me service of medication and therapy. i do not recommend this place. or ANY heartland behavioral health services. and a part of being a therapist is seeing people on their worst days, if you can’t handle that then don’t be in the mental health department!
Takes several weeks to refill medications after numerous requests from pharmacy.
I’ve had an amazing service with them! Charlie is always nice to me, and the doctor is always very considerate and nice! They were also able to help me out with requesting accommodations for test taking at school!
The doctor is really nice but the prescription situation is a nightmare every single time. He passes it off to his front office people to send in the refills and it can take days. More than once I’ve had to beg the pharmacy to fill a day or two dose of meds just to get us through. I’ve been taking my son here for the better part of a year and we have had an issue with getting meds refilled every single month. And if he is out of office they will refuse to give him even a message without you paying a copay to speak with him. ... read more
My first visit and what a wonderful doctor and a wonderful staff, he really took the time to talk with me , very good at listening to me how wonderful to find a doctor that cares, i highly recomend the doctor and his wonderful staff they were very kind to me, great experiance !!!Thank you to the doctor and the winderful ladies that work at this office.
