We love everyone at Heartland Animal Hospital! So caring and friendly. We have had to put 2 dogs to sleep and the compassion and care that we received was amazing. We won't go anywhere else!
Dr Hein and his entire staff have always helped us keep our furry friends healthy and happy. They are wonderful!
There is no better team than the ENTIRE staff at Heartland Animal Hospital. We've had a really rough year because of our "geriatric" pets...3 cats and 2 dogs. I had never euthanized a pet before and the staff were so kind and let me take my time in saying goodbye as well as explaining to me what would happen. I am very greatful to them. I also found the card and paw/nose print to be very comforting. Thank you to all the staff who do the extraordinarily difficult job of caring for our loved ones and comforting us in the times of pain and sorrow.
The staff here is great. We appreciated the sympathy card after the passing of our cat. The way you handled our difficult time was amazing! We will bring our furry family members to you from now on.
