I walked w/o being a patient to have our dog put down. She had been sick and was suffering from congestive heart failure, seizures and a sudden stroke. The staff was AMAZING. They took care of our Daisey Dog and us as a family, like they have known us forever. Today I received a sympathy card signed by all of their staff members and a print of Daisey's nose and paw...they are wonderful people there. Thank you so much!!

Heartland Animal Clinic is THE BEST! They love our two dogs almost as much as we do! Animals don’t understand why they are being poked and prodded, but Heartland doctors and assistance try to distract them and help decrease their anxiety. I also love the fact that when I call them with a questions, they are quick to remember who our family is and who our dogs are. I would highly recommend this clinic and its personable, knowledgeable staff to anyone looking for veterinary assistance.
The doctors and the rest of the staff are knowledgeable and caring. They answer questions and are very gentle with my dogs. They even sat on the floor to examine my pet when she was nervous about being on the table. And the vets explain when there are choices in treatment. Great place and I would recommend them to anyone. We love Heartland! They do an amazing job so kind and compassionate!
They are very gentle and very thorough. My cat was nervous and the did everything to calm her down, and she did. Not looking forward to my cat having a tooth pulled in a couple weeks, but, I know they will take good care of her and she'll feel much better when it's done.
