My cat is never a big fan of vets. In the past, he has required semi-sedation for basic procedures. Took him here for a bite on his tummy, and he had such a great experience!! I'm pretty sure the gals were cat whisperers, because he purred and generally was happy about the exam! The staff gave us estimates, talked through the best course of action based on our financial needs, and then we got a follow-up phone call the next day to check on him! AWESOME place, we will definitely bring all of our animals here from now on.
I love the kind caring staff at Heartland. Thank you to everyone for making our three furry kids comfortable.
