The only reason it didn't get a 5 was the service - but to be fair, I think there was one person working tables and he was efficient to the point of utter rudeness just trying to survive the shift. The food was amazing. The atmosphere for dinner is undoubtedly remarkable, but we ate lunch in a yellow-lighting-casted haze that was weird and like being in a cave. Superb food (salmon and rice cakes), calm and relaxing atmosphere, and excellent wait staff (Damien). I wanted real food and got so much more. Thanks to everyone who made it a wonderful experience. When I'm back in your area, I'll be back in again!
We had a fantastic meal. We have lived in the area for years, but this was our first time at the Hearhstone and it did not disappoint! Everything was fresh, delicious and flavorful...from the spinach/artichoke fondue appetizer, to the Caprese and Chicken filet salads, and the amazing baked-to-order blueberry galette. This was a first class dining experience in every way!
Have eaten here many times...always a good experience. The food is excellent...my favorite is the white fish. Yum!
Best Old Fashioned in Muskegon County, easy. Food is fantastic too.
