I had a very positive experience with this company. Lee was very nice and easy to get in touch with, and the technician (Delano) was wonderful. He corrected an issue with the wire in my gas fireplace instead of trying to sell me a remote for the fireplace (that I really didn't need or want). His honesty is what prompted me to write this review. He also helped fix a broken log in my gas fireplace.
