I really cannot recommend H&P highly enough, and there are VERY few businesses I can honestly say this about. I bought new fireplace doors from Brian, and he has been a dream to work with. He recommended quality doors that were reasonably priced, and did the installation. I've been shopping for a gas log fireplace for my home. I came across Hearth and Patio from a quick google search. Upon arrival, I spoke with Chris Oakley. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I ended up finding exactly what I wanted, at a fair price. I'm very happy with my purchase, and I'll do business with them again.
Great place to buy outdoor furniture. Great people.
Was disappointed to see they had closed early before 6pm - such that my father will have to make an otherwise unnecessary commute into Knoxville and then to Tellico Village to pick up his item for which he has already paid for. Just stay open until 6pm. Simple.
I walked into Hearth and Patio, not remembering where my parents bought my wife and I a jarrah furniture patio set. One of the locking pieces broke while tightening an arm rest on one of the chairs. I was asked if they could help immediately upon approaching the service desk and I ask if they had this part that I had broken.
