I have been to the Knoxville store twice, emailed twice, and called twice. I still haven't gotten the information that I've needed. I believe that their products are over priced. They tried to sell me on how complex the job would be. I've been in the construction industry for over 50 years and know it not that complicated. I just wanted a good product at a fair price. Not a sales pitch.
Brad is knowledgeable and insightful. We went in to showroom, to check out wood burning fireplaces. He's a gem. He helped me get up tp speed & understand rather quickly. He pointed out top options &left with a ballpark range & equipped to move forward. Thanks!
We had them come to our house to inspect the old gas fire logs and replace the embers. One fireplace had very old logs that were crumbling apart. They ordered us new ones. Everyone we worked with were very knowledgeable, polite and super helpful! It was a great experience!
I really cannot recommend H&P highly enough, and there are VERY few businesses I can honestly say this about. I bought new fireplace doors from Brian, and he has been a dream to work with. He recommended quality doors that were reasonably priced, and did the installation. Didn’t bat an eye when I asked him to also install a blower on my (wood burning) fireplace that I had ordered from a company in the upper Midwest.
