My child has been a patient of the sleep center for many years. Today we arrived before our scheduled appointment time, and were still 20 minutes late to our appointment, due to the registration department. To clarify, there was no wait time to speak with the registration desk staff. Due to confusion on their end, they erased the data that was already in the system.
