horrible return policy horrible return policy! i bought a pair of jeans for $200.00 and within the first 22 hours they totally ripped out. the employees didn't do anything for me so i went to the owner. he was very rude and didn't do anything as well. what would you know, the very next day they had their return policy posted on the front desk in hot pink paper. i don't recommend buying anything over $20 there!
A Real Honest Review! I recently moved to another state and am looking forward to shopping at Heartbreaker when I am back in Minneapolis. I miss it because it is a great clothing store. The return policy is clearly posted and although it is only two weeks (I think) it makes sense because most of the clothes are super-trendy. Love it I absolutely love the uptown store. Whenever I walk in someone always asks me if I need help finding something and leads me right to what I am looking for. The clothes are like nothing you would find in any other store and for great prices! I bought a 2 T-shirts there for $30. I absolutely love it, I wish there were one closer to me.
heartbreaker employees are not bitches I work at Heartbreaker and can attest to the wonderful group of girls that work there. Most are high school students and are not only a great help to the customers but will be the first to help one another out. Although their customer service skills are not 100%, they are certainly not rude or stuck-up or bitches. They love clothes and they love to shop and they easily translate that to the customers. Great Clothes I shop at Heartbreaker often and I love it. I love the fact that I can buy these clothes cheap and they last. They are original and very cute. Love this store.
Good for Young Teens Located in the struggling to be hip Uptown neighborhood of Minneapolis, Heartbreaker offers a wide range of clothing for the fashion conscious teenie bopper. Some of the clothes are designed in house and most are of a higher quality than nearby Urban Outfitters.
Great Great Clothing Store! If you are looking for either a cheap shirt, new eyeshadow, or those hard to find expensive jeans, go to Heartbreaker! They have bargain clothes, and great brands, too. They carry Grass jeans, Juicy Couture, Sevens, and more. They are mainly a women's clothing store but do have a small section for men.
