Complaint NO RETURNS!! This store does not let you return an item even WITH receipt and garment tags. They will only give you STORE CREDIT. Their employees should explain this policy upon checkout, but they do not.
Love it I have been shopping at Heartbreaker for acouple years now and i LOVE the clothes.The prices are reasonable and the clothing is up to date. I always leave with something worth it and i have no regrets. I have never had a problem with their jeans- i own a few pairs from Heartbreaker. I have never had a problem with their return policy- as i have never returned anything but so what if they only give store credit i would want to get something else from there! :)
Hit or Miss I have visited the Richfield (Edina) location a few times. The first two times, I had great experiences. Helpful girls. Yesterday, not so much. I went with a couple of my girlfriends and we tried on clothes for about an hour. I'm not in town very often, so I wanted to make it worth my trip. The girl who was in charge of the dressing rooms was nice at first but then became rude when she had to put the items that didn't work out for us back. That's your job, lady! A Real Honest Review! I recently moved to another state and am looking forward to shopping at Heartbreaker when I am back in Minneapolis. I miss it because it is a great clothing store. The return policy is clearly posted and although it is only two weeks (I think) it makes sense because most of the clothes are super-trendy. Buyer Beware Heartbreaker has been around for ever. Its cheap crap. Buyer beware. They have $5 shirts, but they wont last one wash, sometimes even one ware. Its cheap cheap cheap. If you want quality, go somewhere else.

The minute I walked in though, it was pretty bad. the service was terrible. al the salespeople never offered any help, and if you asked for it, they would act really rude about it. the store itself seemed really confusing, like a maze. little stands full of nail polish were everywhere, and racks were scattered around the store. the clothes themselves were ok. Great Great Clothing Store! If you are looking for either a cheap shirt, new eyeshadow, or those hard to find expensive jeans, go to Heartbreaker! They have bargain clothes, and great brands, too. They carry Grass jeans, Juicy Couture, Sevens, and more. They are mainly a women's clothing store but do have a small section for men.
Good for Young Teens Located in the struggling to be hip Uptown neighborhood of Minneapolis, Heartbreaker offers a wide range of clothing for the fashion conscious teenie bopper. Some of the clothes are designed in house and most are of a higher quality than nearby Urban Outfitters.
