My husband sees the clinic as part of the VA Hospital's Community Care Program. He showed up for an appointment and waited over 40 minutes to be checked in, and was finally told that there was a flag on his account for financial responsibility (the VA bears the financial responsibility when community care is authorized, and the Cleveland Clinic has the correct information. I waited over an hour past my appointment time to be taken back, and when I was the nurses and staff were very rude. They did not inform me of what was going on while they were doing it, talked to each other while completely ignoring me. And I had multiple staff members coming in and out of my operation room while in the midst of a procedure. They did not check me out, I couldn’t get a work note, and calling the day after I’m still unable to obtain a work note.
