The staff at the front desk are very rude and unprofessional. They seem like they don’t want to help you at all. My point of this review goes toward the non-English speakers. Just because someone doesn’t speak English doesn’t mean it’s okay for them to leave someone with a note (which they couldn’t read) and make them wait for hours. That doesn’t fix the issue at all and it’s not okay. Awful experience yes I'm alive but horrifically scared for life and have a post surgical hernia that I now have to have fixed. Never have I ever had such a horrible experience with a surgery or healing from one.
