I cant begin to say enough.. they took care of my mother for the last week we had her. The 2 nurses, we dealt with went way above to make my mother comfortable. Everyone i dealt with and spoke with at heart to heart was great! The chaplain came to visit my mother twice. If your facing the experience of losing a loved one. I 100000% recommend heart to heart. I cannot share enough that Loretta, the nurse taking care of my father, how great she has been. This woman absolutely goes above and beyond and is incredibly punctual. I cannot express how thankful I am that she was handling this for us.
Absolutely horrible care for my mother in her end days. Bereavement resources were never once mentioned. Caregiver education never given to any of us. Very judgemental towards my family in some of the hardest days we've had yet. Absolutely would not recommend.
Heart to Heart has been a fantastic resource for our residents and their families. Our families appreciate the time they take to explain the process and the benefits of their services. I highly recommend using them for any hospice need!
