I cannot share enough that Loretta, the nurse taking care of my father, how great she has been. This woman absolutely goes above and beyond and is incredibly punctual. I cannot express how thankful I am that she was handling this for us.
Absolutely horrible care for my mother in her end days. Bereavement resources were never once mentioned. Caregiver education never given to any of us. Very judgemental towards my family in some of the hardest days we've had yet. Absolutely would not recommend.
Heart to Heart has been a fantastic resource for our residents and their families. Our families appreciate the time they take to explain the process and the benefits of their services. I highly recommend using them for any hospice need!
