I was pleased with the care my father, Lloyd Smith, received before he passed away last week, July 23, 2014 from Heart to Heart Hospice of Austin. My father was at home where he wanted to be in the end. I thank all the staff from chaplain (Jerry), nurse (Barbara), aid (Yolanda), all the phone staff, Steve and I am sure many more. I know you will continue to help more families. Thank you so much.
