RecommendedIt was a very difficult decision to enroll our dad in hospice care to begin with. The entire staff from enrollment (Taylor), primary nurse (Claudia) & social worker (Meredith) made that decision bearable. Even the staff with the transportation company that Heart to Heart contracts with (Acadian) was fantastic. So gentle & caring. My Dad was on Heart to Heart � Hospice Service. The concern and care is wonderful. Although my dad did not want spiritual or psychological care, hospice still reached out to him and our family to ensure he hadn’t changed his mind. Signing onto Hospice was convenient and the communication between intake, admission and nurse visits were streamline. My dad’s routine nurse was Karen but there is nothing “routine” about her care! We'd of been lost without HTH at the end of my mother's life. I highly recommend them to anyone needing these types of services.
Canceling them after a week. Enough said.
Egregious care of my grandfather from Terra Haute, IN location. Long story short nurse provided horrible care throughout, and when he was passing she just left, and did not return! Do not recommend. Things they did during his care should have them shut down! Will be seeking action against them. Horrible horrible company
