One of the best little places I've come across in the year I've lived here!
Great food and great service. Will come again! Enjoyed people who run place.
The crab pretzel appy was very good as was the peach sangria! We both got the fried platter and agreed the shrimp, flounder and cole slaw were delicious! We did not care for the crab cake. The hush puppies and cinnamon butter were tasty. The one thing I thought was very odd was that they did not allow any substitutions. Our waitress was very nice.
Our first visit to Heart and Soul but definitely not our last. The Maryland style crab cakes were delicious (filled with lump crab and broiled to perfection). The hush puppies and honey butter were divine. Ginger, our fantastic server, spoiled us and made sure we had filled beverages and tummies. She was a true delight. If you're looking for a casual atmosphere and delicious, freshly prepared food--this hidden gem is the place!! Hope to see you there!
Had dinner tonight for the first time and it was excellent. Found our Maryland home away from home...in our new hometown. Crabcakes were excellent!
I don't want to say too much as it will be too crowded and I won't be able to get the best, jumbo Jimmies, cooked Maryland style.
