A huge thank you to HOTEC for coming out to restore our blown transformer circuit in the middle of the night. Superb customer service.
Thank you to the two great guys who came to fix our power outage this afternoon, thanks to a squirrel. Sadly, the squirrel did not make it, but the guys were able to get the power back on quickly.
Just wanted to say thank you heart of Texas coop for always providing the best service at the best price. Out of curiosity I signed up and paid a $10 monthly fee with energy ogre for a promise of a lower utility bill. Everyone wants a savings right? Not that I was sure they would be able to find a cheaper rate than I was getting with HOTEC. And I was right 2 days after signing up I received an email stating they were sorry that they would not be able to help me save because our coop was providing the lowest rates around
