Today I get home at approximately 5:15 to a downed line across my driveway. Called in the outage and power was back on about 6:45. I would like to thank randy Westerfield for making sure everything was safe. I would also like to thank the guys for working in the rain. Thanks H OT Co op.
Very few power outages, in China Spring when the others are down. If we do have a problem it is resolved very timely.
Pleased with the cost savings on electric bills with the co-op.
Well.... I was out of electricity for 25 hours. Watched helicopters bring in poles.... And guys work the whole time it was out. Don't like being without but you can't blame these guys. They are doing their level best. I think HOT Electric is as good as it gets.
It never fails... When the electricity goes out, our Co-Op is on the job getting it restored ASAP! When I'm in need of extra time to pay my bill.. AGAIN.. it never fails, our Co-Op, the ladies in the billing dept. work with me to keep my electricity going. THANK YOU HOTEC for helping keep me and my family out of the dark!! Just needed to say, what you all did for The Bleything family this past weekend, was one of the most loving and caring act of kindness I have ever witnessed!! I know what that entire family means to my family and to see the overwhelming turnout was awesome!! You will always have my up most respect!! Thank yall for being so kind!
HOT Electric Coop has THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I have never dealt with any company that was more inept or unwilling to resolve a problem. 2 months in a row my bill was messed up and 2 months in a row I have had to call over and over and over with no response. Apparently the billing department is so small, or makes so many mistakes, that they are unable to handle billing calls ever. They do not return calls so it does no good to leave a message on voice mail or with the customer service department. I feel like I am tr... read more
