I've had heart of Texas for years and have all ways had good service and the people I've spoke with have been very helpful
I have been with HOT since my husband and I built our home in 1976.. 42 years ago.. I am grateful for our co-op.. When my husband was disabled ,and any power outages that effected our area, our home, HOT would do it’s best to get our electricity on. I, now a widow ,continue to receive excellent service, both professionally and friendly .. Thank u.HOT❤️❤️
2 gentlemen came out and braved high weeds and thick brush. They cut several limbs thinking they found the problem, only 20 min later had to come back out and do some more work. Thank you guys and other people have told me yall are good about getting folks back their electricity quick. Stay safe! .... THANKS AGAIN!

Really love living in the country but having other electric providers to cover us would be great. Hate that I can't have 2 extra hrs to pay my over due balance when they said it would be fine cause that's when my money gets in bank then to get another call a day later saying they never said that & I had till 8 am although I tried explaining I could pay them at 10 when my money gets in the bank. Had to get a loan just to keep my lights on, they don't care if you've got a special needs child & also none of the local programs t... read more
