I wouldn't even give them a star, I am a first time dog owner. Horrible I felt rush, Everyone was rude except the receptionist. I chose to bring my cat here since my regular vet had no last minute openings when I needed one. The care from the kind vet was great, but the overall communication is lacking significantly. The company has a mainly text-based model. You might think that this would result in easy, fast communication, but that is not the case. Up to 36 hours to get test results? Heart + Paw grooming is amazing. My doggo is in and out within 1 hour which I love. Joshua (my dog's groomer) does an amazing job with cutting Toby's hair. The cost is alittle pricey but honestly worth it for being quick, efficient, and high quality.
Automated phone service sucks and you can’t get in contact with the staff.
