This place let me down big time. I have to coordinate a lot to get my dogs to the vet and after changing our appointment, they waited until two hours before the appointment to say my dog was not eligible for his shots because he hadn't had his yearly wellness visit, although he was there just five months ago for a followup. No one informed us of this stipulation then or when we scheduled for the shots a few weeks ago. I have a skiddish, sweet cat. They were able to get him back to a room. The techs and vet were amazing and very patient.
If you have a pet, you are always looking for a vet:) I had the best experience taking my cat to address my cat's health issues. Attentive, gentle handling, blood test results came next day with the management plan. Two days later my cat is doing so much better. Also, we get follow up call from the vet in a couple of weeks. We have most stress-free visits and care with Dr. Ann Martin. Support staff is kind and handle everything very well.
Took my kitten here after adopting him. Fromt desk told is there is a 15 minute grace period when it was really 10 and when we arrived, they denied us service after being 13 minutes late and then had the nerve to try to charge a no call no show fee of 99 dollars. I used to love taking my guinea pig here but clearly management has changed since I’ve been. Really disappointed in this community vet as Fells Point is a very progressive, pet-friendly place. Caitlyn did an incredible job grooming my 4 Setters!! From a 10 month old Gordon Setter pup, to a very thick-coated, challenging English Setter, to a show champion Gordon Setter, to a 5 year old diva Irish Setter, she brought out their best look. I'm so pleased. Thank you!!!
