Great visit transferring my dogs care to heart and paw with our move to Baltimore. Very kind, dog loving staff who were knowledgeable and caring.
Relatively easy to get an appointment and staff is kind. I chose because location is convenient. I do not prefer corporate vet chains. They always default to the most expensive option (like brand name vs generic meds). Every time I go the prices go up and there are new made up charges!
My little guy felt very comfortable here
The Heart n Paw team took great care of our kitten Odette from the phone call to visit with Dr Ann every one was thoughtful knowledgeable and sweet
