This place is so unprofessional it’s laughable
Unprofessional and poor advice. Told to go to ER for second opinion, ER doc said I was fine.
I had a terrible experience with provider Donna Rymut. She was rude, demeaning, and downright mean throughout the appointment. Despite my 7 year old being perfectly healthy, she refused to sign off on his physical simply because she personally disagreed with the sport he was preparing to participate in. She spent over an hour conducting a series of random tests that I’ve never seen included in a routine child’s physical. I went to the heart of Eagle River medical walk in to get my son a physical after paying they informed me because he isn’t an establish patient and can’t do his physical. As I was leaving the “MANAGER” put her hands on me twisted my are because I wanted to leave. Please note this was in front of my 6 year old son! If I could leave 0 stars I would! This happened 7/15/2025
