I had been very on the fence about home ownership. But Alyse was very patient with me as we toured many paces. With her specific help, I was able to find the perfect one. She also walked me through all the complications that come after the buying decision, which can be the most stressful part. I’m very grateful to have had her help, especially considering the complications of the Austin home market.
John and Alyse helped me sell my old home and buy my new one in Austin. Both went as smoothly as I could have hoped. The old house was under contract in two days, and the purchase was just as straightforward. John and Alyse are knowledgeable, caring, and stayed in alignment with me throughout the process. Alyse did a fantastic job selling our home in Round Rock, Texas. She was very responsive and communicated clearly which was essential for us because we had to handle the transaction from out of town. If I could give 10 stars I would! Alyse was amazing - she was always available to show a property when we asked, and did it joyfully. You can tell she loves what she does. She also knows her stuff.
