I had a very unpleasant experience with Nina. I scheduled my appointment through their online booking system, only to receive a call saying my appointment needed to be changed because there was an issue with the amount of time allocated for the service I selected. I explained that this is the third time this has happened to me. work is very good , and people are nice i’m just upset that this was my 2nd time here and both times i had an appointment but they didn’t start me until 35 minutes after my original time . which is a inconvenience
This is my go-to nail salon and it never misses. I’ve been coming here for a while and I’ve never had an issue. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always makes you feel comfortable. My mani and pedi’s come out perfect every single time. Love it here. I get my natural nails done
