I have been coming to heart and and hands for around 13 years now and I can honestly say I don't know where I'd be without Christina:') she's helped me through so much in my life, with both physical and emotional ailments, Id recommend heart and hands to literally everyone <3
Christina takes interest in my health issues and listens well. The treatment is very relaxing. Plan to rest and even sleep for about an hour. Unplug from the cares of the day and lean into your self care.
