Heart & Hands has been a lifeline for me. The care and deep knowledge Christina has is pretty astounding. She has treated me effectively for mental health stuff, hormonal support (peri-menopause), for skin issues and she’s also very adept at working on muscular and skeleton issues when I’ve hurt muscle, throw out my back or overworked myself. The environment is beautiful, the social-political ethic of community acupuncture is important and truly feels like hope and how we build the futures we all dream of.
