A wonderful collective of incredibly skilled practitioners. I cannot recommend them enough. Christina brings a level of care, skill, and compassion that can hold people through some of life’s hardest health experiences. I started getting acupuncture at H&H in 2013, having discovered community acupuncture in Guelph the previous year. Such an important and special community resource. The practitioners are thoughtful, kind, skilled and informed. I also appreciate their commitment to community health and safety by making masks mandatory! It makes me feel much more at ease accessing their services as a chronically ill person.
I have been going to Heart and Hands Health Collective since April of 2025. With various aches and pains, Christina has always managed to help me through. At the beginning of September, I had a new challenge for her. I was diagnosed with Bell's Palsy and after doing extensive research, acupuncture was one of the #1 DO's.
