Heartless experience – Our experience with this place was tasteless and heartless. Our family doesn't recommend this place to anyone who truly loves there loved ones. The customer service is without any compassion of loved one's feelings or pain. This faciltiy is all about rules and regulations and what best suites them since most services are pre-paid so any hearfelt compassion is dead. You did nothing to make this easy for us. Dear "eastsidechicana", Although you were not the legal next of kin, nor a party to the funeral contract, I feel that I should respond to your comments. Your sister died on 10/18/2010 and we gave the death certificate to your sisters doctor on 10/19/2010. Your sisters doctor did not sign the death certificate until 10/25/2010. Once signed, we applied for and received all necessary permits on 10/25 & 10/26/2010. Your niece and several relatives had a private viewing at our facility on 10/27/2010 just prior to the cremation.
