Where do I begin Amy is truly a gem and is always willing to help when we call. Recently rea he'd out to her for a dear family who's loved one was going on hospice. She took over and @heart provided them with amazing care. Also big Shout out to Kristy the nurse who truly has a heart of Gold and is amazing . We are glad to have her here at Cedar Manor but also she was the nurse for my close family friend. Thank you at heart for truly caring from the heart. Yall are the best
The team that handled our father’s home care was fabulous. Amy was very communicative and proactive. The nurse (Christy) was an angel. She not only respected the situation but made a somber situation brighter. Thank you all at At-Heart for making a difficult situation much easier.
As a close family friend and supporting caregiver, I worked closely with the nurses and CNA's. They treated me and everyone in the family with respect and kindness. I was very impressed with how they were professional and kind. I highly recommend this place for your loved one.
