Finding At-Heart was such a blessing for my Momma!!! Amy, Jen and the entire team have been absolutely awesome during this hard time. Words cannot express my gratitude for all they have done. I want to thank At Heart home care and Hospice for the excellent care they provided to my best friend in a short period of time. We cannot thank our Nurse Kristi Lynch enough for her outstanding care and support during the last stage of my friends life. She was very attentive to my friends needs and was there for us the caretakers, if only a question, a hug or a shoulder to cry on. She stated if at any given time we needed her to call. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the care that we received from @Heart Hospice care. My father was in their care for one year. Kristi Lynch was the nurse that cared for my father and was attentive to his needs and was available anytime we needed her both day and night. Whenever she left us she would always say you can call me anytime. I can’t tell you how comforting that was to my father, mother and our whole family.
