I've spent some time at Heart and Hands and I really didn't want to leave, I met people with exciting stories from all over the world and saw lots of unique one of kind crafts. Having one of the vendors on site at the store is a great idea, I learned a lot about what's involved in turning everyday items into heirlooms. Love your shop!
