I went in this week for the first time since they moved to have a gemstone set in another setting. The place is beautiful and clean. It was very busy but I was helped right away. I went back in to get my ring today (very fast service) and it was beautifully and carefully reset. Again, they were busy but I was helped right away. I highly recommend Hearne's and will go there for all of my jewelry needs from now on. New Bern is lucky to have such an upscale store as this one.
