He offered ideas for my bands, as my ring it is a unique shape, ranging from what they had on the floor to a customizable band, not once making me feel like I was wasting his time searching for a unicorn. I had my engagement ring re-done at Hearne's because the guy in Charlotte who originally did it did a lousy job. Audrey at Hearne's took GREAT care of us! The computer program she used allows you to design your own ring and it's INCREDIBLE! Never seen anything like it, and it's easy! You design the details of the ring, they send you a wax replica so you can try it on and make sure it's exactly what you want, and then they have it made once you're satisfied.
