Madison was VERY polite, nice, professional and helpful. She had a cancellation and I was able to walk in and she was able to fix my hearing aids that needed adjusted. My batteries were dead so, this am I went to the Pigeon Forge location to get them updated after being charged….. and they were CLOSED!. A sign on the door read “They are only open now Tuesdays and Thursdays”! How disappointing. At least they could be there half days if they don’t have the traffic to keep them open five days a week.
We did a walk in and they were so nice and accommodating. We were in and out quickly. The service you get here is great. We highly recommend them for all of your hearing aid needs
She’s absolutely amazing, the best doctor I’ve ever seen period. Don’t question it by going somewhere else you’ll miss out on astounding guest care, surprisingly cheap prices compared to other hearing aids, and a doctor that feels like a friend. Thank you again for your help, I can hear again!
Dr. Madison Cowan-Banker was fantastic!!! She was thorough and very knowledgeable AND such a great personality!! My husband and I are very thankful to have found her. A+++
