The service was excellent. Madison, audiologist, was thorough, friendly and answered any questions I had.
Madison was above and beyond anyone that I’be had to work with regarding my hearing. I have had 80% loss all my life. I’ve had at least 10 hearing test over the last 22 years. I’ve never met anyone who was as compassionate and caring as Madison was/is. I thank God for her.
Madison was outstanding and provided exceptional service from the initial hearing test through my final fitting.
