Very professional. They are always helpful when I have questions and the quality of care I’m receiving is wonderful.
Went to hearing life being skeptical got a hearing test done took a test and I did fail, My wife would read words off a paper standing behind me and I would repeat the word she said, I got a few wrong unbelievable I never knew . So I got my hearing aids & my wife is happy Thank You Michele for being very thorough and taking the time of going over the test and all these hearing aids and picking out the right ones for me.
I just got new hearing aids from Hearing Life and they are amazing. Michelle was so thorough and helpful. She explained why these are better than the wireless in ear ones I had that were no longer helping. I highly recommend Heating Life Franklin Tn.
