Tiffany was more than outstanding, very professional, very knowledgeable and completely addressed my needs.
I had not had a hearing assessment in many years. But I knew the time was right to see how bad my hearing had become. Tiffany was very patient and explained the process of the hearing test and then gave me the results. She used charts and thoroughly showed me the charts with explanations as to how I was hearing. She gave me options and let me try on the hearing aids. I was mildly shocked at how well I could hear with them on. I did order hearing aids for my prescription and I can hear SO MUCH better.
