Candace made the whole comfortable from the auditory testing to picking out the perfect hearing aide for my needs!
I've had hearing aides for more than 15 years. One of mine was broken and I took it and my broken Bluetooth in to Hearing Wellness and met Candace today. Wow! She fixed both issues and helped me make a plan for when I need new aides. Very informative and caring. Thank you!
A few times when my hearing aid is needing a look at or repairing, I wasn't too exciting to have the ear wax cleaned out. When I turn in my hearing aid, Candace had said something as she walked off, I said "what?" She repeated, and I said "what?" Just like to tease cuz it's her job to provide help. She's fantastic to keep my needs.
This is my first attempt at hearing aids and I was lucky enough to find Candace and Hearing Wellness Soulations. Candace has been patient and thorough in getting my hearing aid programs to fit my needs. I have had fun (not) getting use to my aids but Candace has check up me reassuring me and listening to my evaluation so we can adjust if needed. I play acoustic music which gives her a whole other set of issues that she has had to deal with and has done so with a smile. Thanks.
Excellent service! I have struggled for months with getting my hearing aids adjusted properly and Candace addressed and rectified the issues that I was having. I am very happy with her work and highly recommend Hearing Wellness Solutions!
Had my fitting this morning. The atmosphere was very easy to relax in. They know what they are talking about and are on top of any questions you have. And the fitting process didn't take long at all. Cannot wait for my new hearing protection to come in! I see a range day in my near future ;-)
You will not find anyone who genuinely cares about their patients as Candace does; she is truly wonderful!
