Candace is very professional in her work and knows what she is doing by helping people at the Republic Senior Center by cleaning their hearing aids to doing a preliminary hearing test then having you come to her office for a full hearing test before deciding if you do need hearing aids. She and her staff are there to help you every step of the way for complete hearing solutions before, during and after from start to finish. Great service, friendly folks. I was a bit nervous/dubious a couple months ago when I went here for a hearing test due to less than positive experiences from previous tests years ago. However, I was pleasantly surprised and now them dang birds are sure noisy :) Highly recommended ... do your ears a favor and visit.
We are on vacation, and my new hearing aids stopped working, I called to see if I could get in and they said of course so I stopped by and she showed me what I was doing wrong and no charge at all and I think they're very much for the service excellent place to stop if you need hearing aids
Being a younger guy it was hard for me to accept the fact that I was having a hard time hearing. I set up several appointments with local hearing dr's and places. Hearing Wellness Solutions was by far the best experience I had. Not only was the entire staff polite but their prices beat all of the others I visited. I've had my hearing aid for almost a month and I'm extremely glad I went with Hearing Wellness Solutions.
Candace is very profession and knowledgeable. I was very comfortable working with her. My first experience with hearing aids, and I was impressed with the technology involved in the process. I will certainly recommend her to anyone needing help with hearing loss.
They have great customer service, and very knowledgeable.
