Everyone at Hearing Services is a pleasure to work with. Sarah is very professional and friendly. She is very efficient in scheduling appointments that meet your timeframe. Denise is very knowledgeable and explains the operation of the hearing aids so you can fully understand. I would recommend them to anyone who has a hearing problem.
Everyone at Hearing Services is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Doctor Denise, Jody, Lorna, Shelly and Sarah worked very hard to ensure I received the best hearing aids for my needs. Recently when my right hearing aid stopped working Jody called me back quickly to set an appointment. She met me at the door of the Vallejo office. Within 15 minutes she had replaced a part and I was good to go! Jody and all the folks here are wonderful caring people. Their efforts are very much appreciated!
The staff, they are helpful, take the time to explain everything and answer each of your questions, and Flor is a joy to work with.
I was in California from out of state and had an emergency issue they were able to get me right in and fix the problem. Thanks again.
