Very knowledgable about hearing issues and products. Easy toget in and relaxed. I reccommend them to anyone with problems hearing, with or without hearing aids.
I never thought hearing aids were for me, but now after trying them, I hear everything so much clearer! I don't have to work so hard to hear people, music, or in my environment. It's completely changed my outlook on interacting in the world. The staff here are friendly, explain things easily and take the time to get to know you and your needs! I would recommend anyone of any age go here. You just don't know what your not hearing until you hear everything so clearly. Thank you HRAC!
In my opinion, Evonne Serpa, and her staff are efficient and caring. I was in a very bad accident about this time last year. I spent a couple weeks in the hospital and then over two months in rehab. One of my hearing aids was damaged and Evonne came to the rehab where I was staying twice and repaired my hearing aid (I was deaf without it) I cannot say enough about their efficiency and goodwill. When I buy a new set of hearing aids she is the only one I would trade with.
Evonne Serpa CARES and is an EXPERT. She provides detailed and patient service, helping me understand what kind of hearing loss I have and the best solutions for my lifestyle and budget. I'm not going with the least expensive and she said there are ways to adjust the mid-level aides, so not pushing most expensive. She loaned me trial hearing aides so we could work together to determine the best ones for me and has financing options. EVONNE IS SO FRIENDLY AND SO NICE, I WENT TO HER IN 2016. IT'S ONLY BEEN A FEWS MONTHS SINCE I GOT MY HEARING AIDS AT HEARING RESOUCE AUDIOLOGY. SHE IS SO PATIENT AND SMILES ALOT. I LOVE TALKING WITH HER. (EVONNE) . THE STAFF IS VERY NICE ALSO. I CAN REALLY TELL THE DIFFERENCE OF HEARING THAT I COULD NOT HEAR BEFORE. IT'S BEEN SO LONG WITH OUT HEARING THAT I DON'T REALLY REMEMBER WHAT IT'S LIKE TO HEAR AGAIN. TOTALLY DIFFERENT. THANKS SO MUCH FOR BEING SO PATIENT WITH ME. GAYLE MCKINNON.
