The staff is super pleasant. The testing was explained very well. I feel I'm getting the best care out there.
Had to get my little one’s hearing tested with Evonne Serpa and her staff. It was a bit of a rough day for us and I ended up having to bring my older kiddo, too, and we were running late, etc. Thankfully, Evonne was really understanding and great at working around us. She was able to get all the testing done quickly and efficiently and my youngest felt comfortable enough with her right away that she was okay being in a separate room from me. Friendly and helpful staff. I didn't even get my hearing aids from them, but they have started helping me with cleaning, adjusting, new batteries and etc. They're my new go-to team for hearing!
