You cheated a lot of people out of money by promising service on their hearing aids... You should refund that money

You closed the store in Celina and sent us to sidney. Then you closed the store in Sidney. We no longer know where to get our hearing aids worked on. Help We got NO letter.

So very sorry we came to your office for my husband hearing problem. Now you tell clients that supplies have to be paid for even though we were told they would always be at no cost.
Poor quality service, lack of notice of store closing in Celna, no more batteries that were INCLUDED in price of hearing aids. Will never recommend them to anyone.
Extremely disappointed when I recieved notice that you were closing your Celina location. Received my notice on Friday, February 24th telling me the last day the Celina location would be open will be Tuesday February 28th. Really...two business days notice?
