I've only had my hearing aids for a few days, but it was the care and service given in the weeks before that that sold me on Jesse. Not only is he very knowledgeable, but also is willing to take time to answer all my questions (and there were many.) He provided trial aids to help with my decision. Jesse Western made me custom ear buds that are noise canceling. I can't stand anything over my ears so I don't like the commercial headphone you can buy. He took my favorite ear buds, that I have used for years, and and created a mold of my ear canals. THEY ARE AWESOME. Not bulky and are small so I can wrap them up and stick them in my computer bag. I also use just one so I can hear my phone etc at work. I would recommend getting a pair of custom earbuds to anyone who uses ear buds. They are great.
