Super easy booking process with very fast responses. Reception staff were super nice and efficient. The appointment itself was a breeze and every step was clearly explained to me as well as the results of each hearing test right after they occurred so i didn't have to wait until the end of the appointment. I highly recommend this clinic.
Heidi was amazing! I've had hearing loss for 5 years now and heid was the first person to actually educate me on the type of hearing loss I have and where my hearing actually struggles the most. The previous clinics never did that for me so I never really understood my triggers. Thank you for all your help. Also the receptionist was fantastic and so unbelievably kind .
