Well, Dr. Flowers has saved me once again - another hearing aid crisis in my life has been averted. This time, I accidentally soaked mine by going outside during the torrential downpour last night to deal with an emergency. It wasn't until about 10 minutes into the chaos that I realized I was wearing them. 😟 I called Hearing & Balance of KC first thing this morning and told them of my plight. I was at the end, I knew something was wrong and I didn’t just want to be medicated. Dr. Bittel was the key for my diagnosis. He is wonderfully amazing and very thorough.
A neurologist referred me to Dr. Bittel for vertigo problems. He did tests and was excellent at explaining and providing me with more information. I also have hearing loss and did tests with Dr. Flowers. Thought perhaps I should be at a larger company for the hearing aids but now recommend Dr. Flowers in this small office. She has provided much time and patience. I highly recommend the doctors here!
Great service very friendly
They left no stone unturned in my initial testing in order to find the answer. Front desk was personable, 3rd year Doctoral student and Dr. Bittel worked together to find the answer of B.P.P.V degeneration of the salt like crystals which break free and float into or attach to the semicircular canals. I had an in-house physical therapy session the next day! Highly recommended!
caring doctor friendly staff. the doctor found my problem and is working on fixing it, without pushing drugs or an operation as the first choice. I wish that I could have found him sooner.

Referred by my neurologist. Was able to get appointment within two weeks. Dr Bittel was very personable and professional. Friendly, knowledgeable, easy to talk to. Ran lots of tests and discussed results and will send on to my neurologist. Felt very good about my experience.
