Such a kind front office. Very happy and helpful. The Dr. was very informative. Explained everything she did before she did it. She had a Dr. in training helping her which I liked very well also. I left feeling like I got the answers we needed. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a great office.
The staff was very kind and professional. Doctor I saw was very informative explained every thing she did, after the test she went over every thing with me and explained my hearing loss and what I needed to do to help me hear the best I can. I recommend them to any one that needs help with hearing loss.

I have never had a more thorough questionnaire and then talk with me and get all my info together and make sure tested in all areas dealing with my hearing and vertigo and balance problems. To find what is the problem and best way to treat. I felt calm through it all even with having to wear mask and then goggles and tend to be very claustrophobic, but kept me calm and let know each step of testing. Offer because with Covid restrictions to do therapy exercises at home for 6 weeks and come back in to see how doing.
