The staff here are amazing, the receptionists always have a smile on their faces and are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. My baby has hearing loss and everyone here has been supportive and so helpful. Thanks guys 😊
i had a hearing test 10 days ago and was told the report would be sent the next day to my GP, i booked a GP appointment allowing a week for the report to be issued, when i roved for my GP appointment the report had not been issued. We called and asked for the report and still 3 days lte no report. Terrible service, not sure how or when i will get my report
