i had a hearing test 10 days ago and was told the report would be sent the next day to my GP, i booked a GP appointment allowing a week for the report to be issued, when i roved for my GP appointment the report had not been issued. We called and asked for the report and still 3 days lte no report. Terrible service, not sure how or when i will get my report

Went here to get service for my hearing impaired child and the centre manager was very unhelpful and declined services and refused to give us any explanations or reason. Bad experience.
