Vanessa has been amazing helping me with initial hearing test and then her guidance for subsequent new hearing aids. She explains everything very clearly and also listens to my concerns and questions. I have been able to try 2 levels of hearing aids to achieve my best outcome. I have found the whole process with Hearing Australia very easy and transparent.
