We are absolutely delighted with the support, empathy ,professionalism ,care attention to detail that we received. Nothing was a bother and we were supported at all time.
We weren’t aware that the Batemans Bay office had moved and weren’t advised in the several communications we had from you prior to the appointment. We turned up at the old address and had to make a mad scramble to get to the new one on time. However, the new office is far superior to the old one. Tammy the audiologist was fantastic
