I love Terri Jo, she's the best. I gave up the first time I received hearing aids due to frustration with my audiologist. Tried again a few years later, this time at New Sound. I'm on my second pair from New Sound. Been happily wearing hearing aids for six plus years now. Highly recommend New Sound and Terri Jo.

You can feel confident that you are safe when you come in to have your hearing aids cleaned and check. You stay on your car. They come to you with masks on. Take care of your hearing aids while you wait in your car. So easy.

A BIG shout out to The staff here . Today they went above and beyond to help my father . He is displaced from the hurricane and doesn’t know when he could get home to get his hearing aid repaired ! They were able to repair one and make sure it was working for him today and have sent the other one out for repair ! They are truly a Blessing!! The Cates Family 💕

I had wonderful; professional, very informative appts with Ms. Edwards while she fitted and recommended my new hearing aids. I selected the ReSound pair. Wonderful hearing improvement!! The reason for getting new aids, I had lost one. Just this weekend ( 4 weeks later) I found it in my car. Ms Edwards cancelled my contract and I was able to return them with no charges. This was wonderful news to me. I recommend her very strongly when you need new devices! DHeid
