My experience has been great! Dr. Mills performed my testing and fitting. She has been available to assist with any questions or concerns. The entire staff is very welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend for anyone with hearing issues.
Most medical reception areas are stoic, robotic places that make you feel guilty for breaking the silence. Not so at NewSound Solutions....I was warmly received and felt that my business was important to them. A great group of gals that are enthusiastic and who even had the courtesy to laugh at my old jokes! Everyone is very nice and professional. Great service. They resolve any problems I have very quickly. I love my new hearing aids!! Dr. Terry was able to fit me with hearing aids that finally stoped the constant ringing in my ears. I have worn hearing aids for 8 years and have had this new pair for a year. They are great, and a vast improvement over the last pair I had.
She not only takes care of your hearing needs, she helps with the medical needs as well. I have great confidence in her abilities to help me with my hearing loss and get me to the point that I can hear and understand what is being said. Thank you, Dr Edwards.
